I inspect every home, building or property as if I am the one who is buying it. I am only interested in ensuring that my clients know exactly what they are getting into if they decide to purchase the home, building or property. I am not interested if the client decides to buy it, I just want them to know every detail that I can ascertain and provide to them if they decide to go ahead.
